Nicole Butts of NYLB Solutions Launches SHIFT Group Coaching
LOS ANGELES, October 20, 2021 (Newswire.com) - NYLB Solutions is proud to present SHIFT, a revolutionary new group coaching program. SHIFT teaches a five-step framework for individuals, teams, and organizational growth and development.
As the name suggests, the entire goal of the program is to help people and organizations shift their personal mindset and organizational cultures towards a desired positive change. The aim of this program is to replace "diversity speak" and "diversity programs" with new approaches that promote long-term change.
SHIFT provides a framework for organizations and individuals to understand and support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). As a result, the program will provide participants with the tools to promote effective, measurable, and sustainable changes in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This is in stark contrast to the efforts of traditional DEI training. NYLB and SHIFT recognize the less than satisfactory effects of implementing programs without proper planning and understanding. Many programs fail due to a lack of understanding of the impact that leadership and organizational "status quo" have on effective, long-lasting change. NYLB promises "transformational DEI journeys and solutions" with SHIFT.
SHIFT provides coaching and strategy for Higher Education Deans and Organizational Leaders, helping them understand their roles as leaders. Upon completion of this program, participants will have a better understanding of how their leadership impacts their organizations, as well as a clearly defined strategy for effective, measurable and sustainable change.
The group coaching session for SHIFT runs from January 2022 to April 2022. There will be 10 sessions in total, each ninety minutes long. Interested parties should reserve their seat today, as each session will only have ten slots available.
Currently, SHIFT is offering services for individual, group, team, and organizational coaching and is available for discussion surrounding strategy and coaching. Contact them for further information on the subject.
