Nightingale Services Hires Monica R. Stevens as Area Manager at Augusta Office

Online, March 2, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Nightingale Services, Inc., one of Georgia's largest family-owned home care companies, recently hired Monica R. Stevens as area manager at the Augusta office. Nightingale Services excels at delivering exceptional home health care services to veterans, seniors, private pay, Medicaid and worker's compensation clients.

In her new position, Stevens is responsible for managing the Nightingale office in Augusta and providing oversight to all aspects of the home health care system. She will also facilitate and coordinate with area nurses, agencies and health care providers to guarantee the best resources available for a healthy recovery for patients and their families in a comfortable, nurturing environment.

Stevens most recently served as account liaison for Heartland Hospice in Augusta, Ga., where she was responsible for generating new business from territory referral sources to meet territory, agency revenue and census goals. She also developed and implemented programs to raise and establish community partnerships by conducting personal visits to all primary referral sources and representing her agency in community events.

Born in Augusta, Ga., Stevens is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, where she earned a B.A. in Marketing. She is a member of the Rosa T. Beard Debutante Club and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is also a member of Beulah Grove Baptist Church and volunteers at Golden Harvest Food Bank.

Stevens currently resides in Evans, Georgia with her husband and two children.
