According to preliminary reports, Robert Phill, who was driving the bus lost control of the vehicle and crashed it into another vehicle in the left lane, in the wee hours of Monday. All other passengers injured in the accident are out of danger and will be discharged from hospital in a day or two.
Mark Smith came to the US in December 2009 and was working with one of the reputed firms of California. The deceased is survived by one brother and parents who live in Washington.
The two others injured in the accident are: Alex More (21), a student graduating from the University of Phoenix, and the other Barbra Monty (22) also a student of the same university.
