Nominations For SACC Achivement Awards 2011 Are Now Open
Online, May 18, 2011 (Newswire.com) - It is finally time to repeat last year's huge success. We are pleased to announce the opening for this year's nominations.
The Achievement Awards was founded in 2010 by the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in order to acknowledge and highlight the Swedish presence in the Bay Area by awarding the successful achievers and local contributors that are promoting the links between Sweden and the US.
Last year's Gala featured classical dance performance, live music entertainment, an exclusively made three course Swedish Menu and dancing. This year we aim to make the event even more magnificent.
New for 2011 is the Women's Achievement Award which recognizes a female of outstanding ability in her chosen field with a dedication to mentoring and empowering others.
Nominations are currently being accepted for all three areas: The Business Achievement Award, The Cultural Achievement Award and the Women's Achievement Award. Nominations are free of charge, and anyone can nominate a candidate. You can submit one or multiple nominations, or nominate yourself at www.sacc-sf.org. Make sure to hand in your vote!
Nominations are being accepted now and until July 31, 2011.
