Bender most recently served as Vice President, Business Development for Fluid Air Inc./Pharmpro Services where he directed the efforts of 10 sales professionals and international representatives in conducting business development activities for both the Fluid Air Equipment and the PharmPro Contract Services divisions.

Employed by Fluid Air Inc./Pharmpro Services for 14 years, Bender progressed through the organization, moving from Equipment Assembly Tech to numerous positions in executive level management. In commenting on his move to Norwich, Bender stated, "This move is the next logical step for me in terms of my personal career growth and potential. It's exciting to be an integral part of a company that is experiencing accelerated growth with the introduction of new products and services. James Kwon has more than 12 years' experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development for AAIPharma, where he was responsible for phase 1 clinical and bioanalytical research services. Prior to that, he worked at MDS Pharma Services, Nexon Research, Progressive Medical and Ostex International in various capacities, including marketing, sales and business development.

Kwon's move to Norwich signals the right move at the right time. "Norwich's ability to offer full-service product support, through all stages of development, and especially in my area of expertise, phase 1 drug development research, is the deciding factor for my making this move," said Kwon.
