7. Action Items

                 A. Ordinance establishing 2019 Board Meeting Schedule. Your book contains an
                  an ordinance authorizing the Pace Board Meeting dates and times for 2019. All
                  of the 2019 Board meetings will fall on the second Wednesday of the month.

                 B. Ordinance releasing the proposed 2019 Operating and Capital programs, 2019
                 2021 Financial Business Plan for Operations, and the 2019-2023 Capital Business
                 Plan for the Suburban Service Budget and Regional ADA Paratransit Budget for
                 public hearings.

                 The attached Ordinance authorizes the release of the Proposed 2019 Budget for
                 public hearings. The RTA adopted official funding marks on August 23, 2018. The
                 funding levels incorporated into the budget are based on the funding marks
                 established by the RTA. Staff requests that the Pace Board adopt the Ordinance
                 releasing the proposed 2019 Budget for public hearings.

                 C. Ordinance authorizing approval of Board Member travel and business expenses
                 for the month September 2018 pursuant to Public Act 099-0604 Local Government
                 Travel Expense Control Act.

                 D. Ordinance authorizing the award of a sole source contract to Cook, Hammond
                  and Kell, Inc., for CHK Real-Time Bus Sign Management System.

                 E. Ordinance authorizing the award of a sole source contract to Trapeze Software
                  Group, Inc., for TransitMaster Radio Network Controller Upgrade.

                 F. Ordinance authorizing the award of a contract to Snow & Ice Management
                  Services, Inc., Beary Landscape Management, Inc., and Snow Systems for snow
                  and ice removal services at sixteen (16) Pace passenger facilities.

                 G. Ordinance authorizing a change order to Contract Number 224776 with
                  Mythics, Inc. for Oracle Hardware and Software Maintenance. This action extends
                  the contract term for one (1) year and increases the contract total.
