NPR Show And National Clothing Label Team Up For Design That Makes A Difference

State of the Re:Union and Ropeadope are partnering with celebrated artists to create t-shirt designs that will benefit local charities.

Public radio show State of the Re:Union (SOTRU) and national clothing line/record label Ropeadope are collaborating with artists to design a special, limited run of shirts based on the cities and towns featured in State of the Re:Union episodes. The designs are being created by celebrated artists based in the spotlighted area and a local charity has been selected to receive a portion of the proceeds. A run of four cities will be created and include:

Las Vegas
Release Date: March 21st
Artist: Stephan Maman
Charity: Shine a Light

Los Angeles
Release Date: April 12th
Artist: Jim Darling
Charity: PATH - People Assisting the Homeless

Brooklyn
Release Date: May 17th
Artist: Aerosyn-Lex
Charity: Urban Word NYC

Austin
Release Date: June 14th
Artist: Brandon Ortwein
Charity: HAAM - Health Alliance for Austin Musicians

The Las Vegas shirt will be available for purchase starting today at Ropeadope's website: www.ropeadope.com (click on store, then SOTRU).
