Oberon Media Names Ginger Kraus Senior Vice President, Sales
Online, March 13, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Oberon Media, one of the world's leading multi-platform casual games companies, today announced the addition of Ginger Kraus as Senior Vice President, Sales. A marketing veteran with more than 20 years of experience designing partnership and marketing strategies for top media companies and start-ups, Kraus will be responsible for leading the sales and partnerships group at Oberon Media. Her initial primary focus will be on generating revenue from new game centers, search and advertising, and she will report directly to Bob Hayes, President and COO.

Kraus comes to Oberon Media after a successful tenure at Sony Computer Entertainment of America (SCEA) where, as Senior Director: Marketing Alliances and Brand Activation, she led the marketing and brand activation for all products and services that SCEA provides, including hardware, content and the ecommerce entertainment platform. Throughout her four years at SCEA, she helped build the strategy, partnerships, and content platforms required to evolve PlayStation from a hardware and software producer into a leading interactive media network.
Before her time at SCEA, Kraus spent six years leading the business development and marketing efforts at LiveNation, the leading global producer-operator of live entertainment. Additionally, she led the business development and research partnerships at AdOutlet which totaled over $10MM in revenue. Kraus also served as the Director - National Sales and Marketing at Time Warner Cable Systems in the New York Area, before moving into the position of Director - Client Services and Marketing at AdLine, a division of Time Warner, where her sales strategies led to a 15% yearly growth in revenue.
