Ocean Quest Announces New Spa In Conception Bay South Newfoundland

Ocean Quest will open a new spa that will integrate into its existing world class tourism services, including accommodations, boat charters, sea kayaking, and scuba diving.

Ocean Quest will be opening a spa at their lodge location in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador, which is a 15 minute drive from the province's capital city, St. John's, on November 1, 2010. The spa will become a part of the wide array of tourism and recreational services operated by the company.

Through the combined efforts of Ocean Quest owner Debbie Stanley and Aesthetics Instructor Debbie Banfield, the Ocean Quest Spa (http://www.oceanquestspa.com) will offer day spa treatments to the residents of the Avalon Peninsula and tourists alike.
Combined with the four-star lodge, vacation packages incorporating these spa treatments will soon be available.

The spa offers a new twist on popular treatments such as facials, massages, body wraps, pedicures, and manicures. All treatments will incorporate "the healing power of the sea," using products derived from the ocean's bounty. Tracy Francis and Melanie Whelan have been hired as Senior Etheticians.

While different from Ocean Quest's original product offering of scuba diving charters and training, the new spa is a perfect fit for the company. Focusing on the marine theme, it is a compliment to the world-class accommodations provided on site, while diversifying the product offerings delivered from the company.
