This week, generalist job board, CV-Library, launches their biggest and most widespread offline advertising campaign.

In a bid to attract even more candidates to the largest CV database in the UK, CV-Library will be advertising on the TV, across the London Underground, at train stations across the UK and in 650 gyms. Every campaign is focused on educating job seekers and driving them straight to their website to register their CV and apply to over 75,000 live jobs.

Following some record-breaking summer months CV-Library predicts over half a million new CVs will be registered with their job board during autumn, bringing the database to seven million CVs in total.

Lee Biggins, Managing Director of CV-Library: "The success of our offline campaigns over the past 18 months has led to bigger budgets, more inventories and a wider presence across the UK. With strong brand awareness and growth in London and the South East we're dedicated to attracting more candidates from the north of the UK.

"With the economy picking up and more job opportunities being advertised online than ever before I'm confident we're going to see a further positive rise in both candidate and recruiter behaviour in the upcoming months."

Over the next three months CV-Library is launching advertising campaigns across the UK, with a strong presence in Bristol, Newcastle, Manchester, the South East and London. Their TV advert will be aired across several popular channels, including Sky News and Comedy Central and on TV screens in over 650 gyms across the UK. Professional candidates and commuters are being targeted with hundreds of eye-catching, six foot posters at busy train and tube stations.

This marketing campaign follows another successful year for CV-Library with several award wins and rapid database growth to 6.6 million CVs. The job board has also launched several innovative features for recruiters and candidates, including the recent mobile site integration with Dropbox, allowing candidates to upload their CV straight from their smartphone.
