One Stem Cell Lab is regulated solely under the authority of section 361 of the PHS Act and the regulations in 21 CFR Part 1271.
In light of recent events, One Stem Cell Lab, a pioneer in the industry, explicitly follows FDA Regulations for minimally manipulated tissue. Our intravenous and sub-cutaneous injections do not contain any cord blood and are strictly mesenchymal stem cells (MSC).
