Ready Cares and One10Ten, two U.S.-based non-profit organizations, are partnering to increase their reach in supporting those who dedicate their careers and lives to serving others.

Both One10Ten and Ready Cares place a strong focus on supporting the caregivers who support us and the young people who will eventually serve in caregiving roles. These roles include service members, Veterans, teachers, first responders, healthcare workers, and other professionals who carry out supportive tasks.

Caregivers are people who provide physical, mental, and emotional care to those experiencing illness, disability, displacement, unemployment, homelessness, and other challenges.

"Caregivers need to know that they're visible and that they are supported, respected, and valued for what they do." - Trevor Neil, Founder of One10Ten

A large percentage of caregiving roles come from government-funded projects. The partnership also intends to give back to employees of these projects to support the hard work that the government has invested into creating and sustaining caregiving jobs.

Serving the Military and Veterans

Both organizations feel strongly about serving our nation's Veterans and military. Ready Cares has aimed its most recent activities at supporting active duty service members, and the partnership will expand these efforts significantly through projects such as job placement programs.

Many Veterans have highly valuable and specific skills due to their years in the service, and these programs will honor Veterans by helping them benefit financially from those learned skills once they transition to civilian life.

Supporting the Future

Both organizations believe in supporting the future through education and career development, and One10Ten has already made a significant impact with their student program. The partnership's education initiatives will primarily help students going into caregiving roles and Veterans coming out of the military.

"We want to encourage people who are just starting on the path to their careers in caregiving professions and show them that they are cared about and will be supported as well." - Trevor Neil

These projects will help students of all ages training to join the workforce in healthcare, social services, emergency services, education, technology, and many other fields.

Programs and Events

The partnership has a few activities planned for 2023, including fun and engaging events centered around motorsports, a primary focus for One10Ten and a passion for the organizers behind Ready Cares. In addition to implementing new programs, the two organizations will pool their resources to create innovative fundraising campaigns that are uniquely powerful in spreading awareness on how caregivers can receive more support.

One10Ten is a philanthropic organization founded to accelerate inclusion, advocacy and access to the diverse opportunities within the world of motorsports and beyond in underrepresented communities.

Ready Cares assists economically and socially disadvantaged individuals, families, and organizations through targeted investments in information technology adoption, academic and employment programs, team-building activities, and other forms of community outreach.
