Optimum Employer Solutions Earns a Spot on Inc's Best Workplaces List for 2018

Santa Ana, CA, June 12, 2018 (Newswire.com) - This list honors companies that cultivate a culture of growth and positivity. Each of the companies named are actively working towards the idea of a conclusive and captivating workplace for their employees.  Thousands of companies in America were surveyed to be named one of the Best Workplaces in 2018 by Inc Magazine. Optimum Employer Solutions gained a spot on the list accompanied by under 300 other companies. With a total of 31 companies in the business products & services industry, Optimum is ecstatic to have made the cut. Being named a best workplace is a special honor that sheds light on hiring practices and retaining top talent.

For the third year in a row, Inc. Magazine allowed companies all over the country to apply for recognition as a great place to work. Only privately-owned, independent companies were eligible to apply for this honor.  Employee surveys were sent out and conducted by Quantum Workplace, a third-party expert in calculating employee engagement and satisfaction. Each applicant was assessed on company culture, benefits offered, and the perks of being a team member at that specific company. Based upon a percentage of completed surveys in relation to the number of current employees, companies became eligible for a chance to be honored. Winning companies are honored with national recognition as a feature in Inc. Magazine’s June issue.
