Oracle Chairman Jeff Henley to Keynote ACG St. Louis First Annual 2011 Mid-America Corporate Growth Conference

Online, February 24, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Jeffrey O. Henley, Chairman of Oracle Corporation will be the keynote speaker when the St. Louis, Kansas City and Nebraska Chapters of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) host the first annual ACG 2011 Mid-America Corporate Growth Conference on Wednesday and Thursday, May 11-12, 2011 at the Hilton at the Ballpark located in downtown St. Louis at Market and Broadway. Expected to draw over 500 attendees, the conference, with its theme, "Now What? Finding New Roads to Growth," is designed primarily for corporate executives, private equity firm executives, investment bankers, lenders, and service professionals who are influential in corporate growth decision making, development and mergers and acquisitions.

Jeff Henley, who will be speaking on Wednesday evening at 6 p.m., has held his position as Chairman of Oracle Corporation since January 2004. Prior to that Mr. Henley was Oracle's Chief Financial officer and an Executive Vice President for 13 years. He has been a member of Oracle's Board of Directors since June 1995. He also serves on Oracle's Executive Management Committee.
