ORCC Solutions Appoints Suresh Prabhu As Head Of India Operations

Online, March 28, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Online Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCC), a global leader in providing online financial services, today announced the appointment of Suresh Prabhu as Vice President and Head of Indian Operations with immediate effect. With over twenty-one years of experience in the IT industry, Suresh Prabhu brings rich experience in business and technology management building high performance organisations that delivered great software products and solutions. As head of Indian operations, Suresh will be responsible to establish and grow the technology solutions centre at Bangalore and help expand the client base of ORCC Solutions to India/Asia region in the long term.

Suresh Prabhu's appointment comes close on the heels of the inauguration of ORCC's technology solutions centre in Bangalore in December. His immediate goal would fully revolve around building a great product engineering team to support the global markets. Most recently, Suresh was Director of India Development Centre at Diebold where he was responsible for global product engineering and established a professional services support and managed services team for India and nearby regions. Prior to Diebold, Suresh worked at Symphony Services and Cambridge Technology Partners where he was instrumental in establishing and running global engineering and operations centres for clients like Hyperion, Capco among others.

Suresh did his BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Kerala and holds a PG Diploma in Software Technology from National Centre for Software Technology, Mumbai, EGMP in General Management from IIM, Bangalore and PGDIPRL in Intellectual Property Laws from National Law School of India, Bangalore.

Suresh Prabhu is passionate about building software products and productized services and his expertise extends to information security, IT/eBusiness consulting.
