OrderStorm Launches Private Beta Release of WordPress E-Commerce Plugin

The OrderStorm WordPress e-commerce shopping cart plugin is now available for free in beta.

Littleton, CO - The long awaited OrderStorm WordPress e-commerce plugin was released yesterday in private beta. Developers and other interested WordPress users can get the free plugin on the OrderStorm.com website. OrderStorm is committed to the open source community and plans to keep a free version of the shopping cart plugin permanently available. Following the beta, a variety of subscriptions will be available for customers depending on size and what features they need.

The OrderStorm WordPress e-commerce shopping cart is the first cloud computing service for WordPress. Customer data is stored on the OrderStorm cloud servers for maximum security and PCI compliance. The product display is fully customizable like any other WordPress plugin. Great features of the shopping cart include its many payment options. Customers can pay by credit card, Google Checkout, check or wire transfer. Advanced options include product search, automated drop shipping, robust order management and integrated customer relationship management (CRM).

WordPress users have two options. They can sign up for a free version of the WordPress shopping cart up to 100 products. They can also follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook to get a 300 product shopping cart with automated drop shipping free for the first year. The beta is currently limited to 30 sign-ups per day.
