Rather than using hair models for the hands-on demonstrations, Organic Salon Systems teamed up with Alpha House, an exceptional non-profit organization that provides shelter and counseling to pregnant women, victims of domestic violence, and women going through a pregnancy of crisis to identify women who where facing a unique set of circumstances where experiences aimed at providing a boost of confidence may assist their successful re-entry into the job market. Through this unique Organic Salon Systems professional development event, these women will be provided with a comprehensive beauty consultation benefiting by the hundreds-of-years of accumulated salon experience that will be represented by the attendees and staff, a professional hair and makeup makeover, and professional insight into their resumes as well as interviewing tips and coaching. Additionally, each women will be provided with a care package designed to provide them with the products and tools necessary to maintain their new professional look.
