The prospectus includes maps, words and images by Walt Disney and artists Herb Ryman, and was used the following year to break ground on Disneyland.
Day one of the sale will feature dolls, doll houses and toy soldiers. All Disney items will sell on day two of the auction. The final day of the auction will feature toys and trains, including Part 1 of a major American Flyer collection as well as fine pieces by Lionel, HO Brass, Marklin and more. Items of interest crossing the block in this auction include:
• Lot 1100: Peter Pan mixed media painting, "TicToc"
• Lot 1100A: Original Peanuts comic strips
