Outdoor News 2014 Best Buck Photo Contest in Full Swing
Deer Hunters in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio and Illinois can enter the 2014 Outdoor News, Inc. Best Buck photo contest to win hunting related prizes including an archery bow, firearms, clothing and gear.
Plymouth, MN, October 29, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Outdoor News Inc., publisher of locally written fishing and hunting outdoor newspapers in seven Great Lakes States, reminds deer hunters to submit their photos in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New York for the annual Outdoor News Best Buck photo contest.
This longstanding Outdoor News tradition maintains an emphasis on the quality of the photo rather than the size of the deer, with a prize package worthy of the effort for eight lucky winners in each of the seven states where Outdoor News publishes. Grand prize winners will receive Mathews’ new flagship bow, the Creed XS. First prize winners receive a 220 Black Slug Gun by Savage Arms, with additional winners taking home a CVA Muzzleloader, Mantis Trail cameras, Irish Setter boots from Red Wing Shoes, Big Game Innovations and Millennium treestands, or a Muddy harness and safeline.
In addition to the overall photo contest winners, weekly winners are also selected, with prizes from Wildlife Research Center and Huntworth that every deer hunter will want to use.
Participants can enter a photo of any legal whitetail buck harvested by fair chase using either a firearm or by archery. Official entry forms and photo contest details are available exclusively in Outdoor News publications. A panel of judges representing various interests will assist in the final selection of winning entries. Refer to contest entry form for deadlines. Winners will appear in Outdoor News issues in January and February 2015.
