Paperback Release Of Must-Read WW2 Book: No Greater Ally: The Untold Story Of Poland's Forces In World War II

Previously unpublished first-hand accounts, information never before seen in English, and rare photographs gives a comprehensive overview of Poland's full participation in World War II.

New York, NY - Following a sell-out of author Kenneth Koskodan's volume in hardcover, the paperback edition of No Greater Ally: The Untold Story of Poland's Forces in World War II is to be released February 15, 2011. This volume explores a chapter of history that remains largely untold: the story of the fourth largest Allied military in WWII. Koskodan details the unexplored depth of the Polish forces and the resistance of millions of young men and women who battled for their country's freedom, but in the final collective victory lost everything. Unbelievably, these struggles have been largely forgotten, as were the Poles themselves when they were betrayed at the close of the war and handed to the Soviet Union.

Koskodan's book gives a comprehensive overview of Poland's full participation in World War II. With previously unpublished first-hand accounts, information never before seen in English, and rare photographs, No Greater Ally: The Untold Story of Poland's Forces in World War II has earned accolades from reviewers and even recommendation of an award from Poland's government for the book's promotion of accurate Polish history abroad.

A native Detroiter of Polish descent, Kenneth Koskodan has researched Poland's role in World War II for many years, and in the course of examination was privileged to tap into the vast material resources of local veterans' associations and to interview many surviving veterans who were able to add their reminisces to this, his first book. Koskodan graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations. He lives in Grand Blanc, MI and has lectured extensively on this subject.
