Paperly Launches a New Commission & Career Plan
Paperly's new Commission & Career Plan enables Consultant to earn significantly bigger payouts for both selling and recruiting.
Online, September 1, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Chicago, IL - Today, Paperly (www.Paperly.com) introduces a new Commission & Career Plan to enable its Consultants to earn significantly bigger payouts for both their selling and recruiting efforts. With the new Plan, Paperly is confident its strong historical growth will further accelerate as new Consultants jump onboard and existing Consultants redouble their activities.
Paperly's old Plan had been in place since the company began and did not appropriately reward those Consultants who enjoyed building and developing teams of recruits. In addition, the old Plan did not accurately reflect that Paperly's downline had deepened since its inception, thereby requiring Paperly to pay Consultants for such recruiting successes.
Paperly spent more than six months working with a renowned industry expert on its new Plan. After undergoing rigorous financial and competitive analyses, Paperly believes its new Plan will be viewed very favorably by its Consultants.
Conceptually, the new Plan enables Consultants to earn income 3 different ways:
1. Personal Sales: Consultants can earn commissions on their personal sales that range from 20-26%, plus bonuses that can add another 4-12%.
2. Overrides: Consultants that recruit team members can earn downline commissions that range from 3-6%, plus team and generation bonuses that can add another 2-8%.
3. Bonuses: Consultants can earn cash bonuses that range from $50-$1,000, plus Paperly Dollars that enable them to purchase additional business supplies.
"We have worked hard to deliver an exceptionally competitive, yet simple to comprehend Plan," said Jay Rudman, Paperly's CEO. "We are confident the new Plan better reflects our Consultant's differing personalities: some like to sell, some like to recruit and some like to do both."
Paperly's new Plan also introduces Director Level titles, including Team Director, Senior Director and Silver Director. Yet, even at these new levels, Paperly's new Plan never wavers from an important principle of Paperly's: the need for Consultants to sell personalized stationery, either via one-to-one sales or at-home parties, since selling remains the best means to stay connected to customers.
