Results of the annual voting exercise were revealed at the 2012 Business Traveller Awards dinner ceremony on September 28, 2012 in Hong Kong. The ceremony saw many previous winners successfully defending their titles and accepting their rightful accolades, including Park Hyatt Saigon.

In its 20th year, the awards, given out in 55 categories, reflect the highest accolade discerning Business Traveller readers bestow on travel and hospitality providers. They are based on the results from the yearly Readers' Poll conducted and interpreted by the marketing research company, Ipsos.

This award is just the latest accolade to be bestowed on Park Hyatt Saigon. Earlier in 2012, the hotel was crowned as the No.1 Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City in Readers' Choice Awards 2012 by DestinAsian magazine and 3rd in Vietnam Hotels and Resorts on Conde Nast Traveller's Gold List and Platinum Circle 2012.
