Parker and Sons - Announces Opportunities for Experienced Dispatchers

Parker & Sons, a well-known and highly esteemed HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service provider in the Greater Phoenix area is looking to bring on a Dispatching Specialist by the end of the month.

Parker & Sons has set itself apart from its competitors through their focus on customer service and retention, as well as their emphasis on employee satisfaction. Because of their wide spread success in the industry, Parker & Sons provides its customers with 24/7 emergency support, which is why this position is highly necessary to maintain their constant success and unmatched customer support and service.

"This kind of position is great for someone who can't work a full five day work week, or has another part time job on the side," said Kelly. Because Parker & Sons offers 24/7 emergency assistance to their customers, the position requires a schedule of working four days a week, with ten hour shifts. "…so employees could work forty hours a week, which is equivalent to a full-time position, while still having three days off a week. They would only have to work four days and still reap the benefits of a full time position."

Josh Kelly

This position, which is regarded by Parker & Sons representative Josh Kelly to be “one of the most important to the entire operation,” comes with a large number of employee benefits, such as health and dental plans, paid time off, vacation days, a 401(k) retirement plan, and many more.

If you are interested, know that there are a number of requirements to help them narrow down to their perfect candidate. When speaking with Kelly, he had mentioned wanting candidates to possess at least three years of experience in dispatching, as well as having a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Likewise, all Parker & Sons employees must be able to pass a required background check, as well as a drug screening.

The Dispatcher Specialist would be responsible for handling customer questions and concerns, as well as scheduling and dispatching technicians to designated locations.
