Parker and Sons Looking for HVAC Service Technicians
Phoenix, AZ, December 12, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Parker & Sons, a Phoenix based HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service provider has recently opened up a number of positions they are looking to fill by the end of the year. One of these positions calls for an experienced HVAC service technician to serve as a Parker & Sons Residential Service technician.
Requirements to fill this position are as followed: high school diploma or GED equivalent, at least 2 or more years of HVAC service technician experience, completion and up-to-date certifications and licenses as required by the state of Arizona (EPA certification), and an ability to pass a background screening check, drug screen, as well as a DMV check.
We really love to see people who dedicate their lives to being technicians, of any kind. Even though I'm the VP of our HVAC Services Department, I know that all of our technicians in all of the areas of service we provide love their jobs, and really do enjoy working for Parker & Sons.

However, candidates with less than two years of experience will be considered. In effect, Parker & Sons takes the “whole person” approach when selecting employment candidates. This also means that candidates possess a true passion for customer service, are easy to get along with, and are natural problem solvers and innovators.
Chuck DeFrancisco, who is the Vice President of the HVAC Services Department at Parker & Sons said, “We really love to see people who dedicate their lives to being technicians, of any kind. Even though I’m the VP of our HVAC Services Department, I know that all of our technicians in all of the areas of service we provide love their jobs, and really do enjoy working for Parker & Sons.”
Another thing that makes working for Parker & Sons so great is that they have all of their technicians become NATE certified. NATE, which stands for North American Technician Excellence, is a country-wide organization that independently certifies service and installation technicians through a knowledge based test. While getting this certification is technically optional and not required at the state or federal level, having this certification speaks volumes when it comes to hiring HVAC service technicians. That Parker & Sons goes out of their way to ensure that any technician they hire receives this certification indicates how much they care for their employee’s long-term career growth and goals.
