Parker & Sons Announces Ardent Support for the Special Olympics

Parker & Sons unites with The Special Olympics to offer their innovative "Everybody Wins Program." The program involves a mutual triangle of benefit between agent, customer, and charitable organization. Every time a maintenance call is serviced, $5 dollars will be donated on behalf of the customer and $25 for every AC replacement job.

Parker & Sons and The Special Olympics were destined to be natural allies. Originating from a garage more than forty years ago, Grandpa Parker equipped a few vans with plumbing supplies and hit the streets of phoenix armed only with his customer satisfaction guarantee.  Since that fateful genesis Parker & Sons has blossomed into one of the premier providers of HVAC and plumbing services in Phoenix Arizona and have been rated number one service provider five times over by Ranking Arizona.

The past and present of The Special Olympics is equally as humble and admirable as Parker & Sons’. Starting as a day camp for adults and children with mental disabilities, The Special Olympics has exploded into one of the most admired most respected charities in the entire country. Supporting more than 4.4 million athletes worldwide, individuals with mental disabilities are inspired by the strength and hope imparted on them by the athletes, The Special Olympics philanthropy, and those that support it. Some of the events include: bocce, track and field, and swimming, snow skiing, skeet shooting, archery, lacrosse, diving, gymnastics, ribbon dancing, and diving.

It brings us great joy to support the athletes. Every year we donate money and time to the organization in hopes of empowering individuals and families with intellectually disabled members, and every year we keep coming back hoping to catch a glimpse of the athlete's smiles. The goal is to surpass our donation every year

Indeed the rise of these two organizations were fated to intersect. Last year Parker & Sons raised around $400,000 for the Special Olympics and they hope to surpass that this year. The Special Olympics is now the largest charitable organization for adults and children with intellectual disabilities.

“It brings us great joy to support the athletes. Every year we donate money and time to the organization in hopes of empowering individuals and families with intellectually disabled members, and every year we keep coming back hoping to catch a glimpse of the athlete’s smiles. The goal is to surpass our donation every year,” said Josh Kelly, Partner at Parker & Sons.
