(HOUSTON, TEXAS) - The Houston office of Parkside Capital, the Texas-based real estate firm, announced today that Bay 10 Business Park, located within close proximity to I-10 and the Grand Parkway in Baytown, Texas is available for purchase. Project completion is expected in the first quarter of 2011.

Parkside Capital is managing the development in partnership with Stratford Land.
