Parrish Construction Group Announces New Look for New Year

It has been a busy year for the Georgia firm, Parrish Construction Group. To keep stride with the increasing development, the firm has rebranded and is announcing its new logo and several projects it has recently completed and is beginning soon.

To showcase the expansion and enthusiasm within the company, Parrish Construction Group proudly introduces its new branding initiative- the first such endeavor in 16 years. The company's new logo, continuing the use of the flying bird, reflects the essence of the rebranding initiative the great height it's willing to go for clients.

In 2010, Parrish expanded operations and established a new office in Alpharetta. The mid-size, full-service contractor with expertise in facility planning, preconstruction, construction management at-risk, general contracting and design build services now serves the metro Atlanta and North Georgia markets.

"There was never a better time to introduce a new logo and branding," said Dave Cyr, president and founding partner of Parrish Construction Group. "Our most valuable resource is our people, and our new branding position tells our existing and future clients, that we are moving forward, yet are still a passionate and savvy team who knows our trade."

The new logo is being launched as part of a 'New Year, New Logo' campaign. The campaign will feature an e-newsletter, holiday card and the logo prominently featured in the holiday gift basket.

"The new branding comes at an exciting time for Parrish," said Cyr. "We are completing and starting new projects everyday, and Parrish is continuing to move forward as an even stronger organization."

The construction firm, specializing in commercial, educational and industrial building, will continue supporting both national and local programs focused on humanitarian, social and community service for individuals of all ages. With the new, more sophisticated look Parrish Construction Group has unveiled, it now matches the quality of work and commitment the company has to the community and industry.

In other news, the Georgia construction firm specializing in academic, commercial and industrial projects for public and private sectors closes 2011 with prestigious activities under its tool belt. Without much vacation, it celebrates the New Year with new projects on the books.

Parrish Construction Group recently participated in the Georgia School Boards Association (GSBA) and Georgia School Superintendents Association (GSSA) Annual Conference as a Platinum Sponsor and Exhibitor. The GSBA/GSSA Annual Conference, held each year in December in Atlanta, provides school board members and school superintendents powerful information unique to the needs of Georgia's educational leaders.

Also, Parrish is recently completed dorm renovations on Halls 1-4 at Albany State University in Albany, Ga. The project includes demolition and installation of floor tile in the 1st floor corridors and entryways of the existing rooms. The Parrish team has worked through the holidays and completed the project the first week in January.

Parrish has been awarded multiple projects with Georgia Southwestern State University (GSSW). Most recently, Parrish started on the Educational Building Cooling Tower and Air Handling Unit Replacement project. Additionally, Parrish completed a walk-in freezer replacement project in the dining hall kitchen at the Marshall Student Building. This project was scheduled to be completed in the New Year, but was completed early. Finally, Parrish recently completed the Lighting Motion Sensor project. The project included installing 350 lighting motion sensors throughout the campus.

"This last year, Parrish was truly blessed," Dave Cyr, founding partner of Parrish Construction Group. "We were able to keep our team working in a recession and we gave back to the community who continuously supports us."

Other news from Parrish includes another project that will begin early this year, a Design-Build project to complete the football stadium visitor's side bathrooms renovation at the Americus Sumter HS South Campus.
