The three books, written by Tara Paster, CP-FS, FMP and Melissa Vaccaro, BS Ed., MS, are entitled "The HACCP Food Safety Manager Manual," "The HACCP Food Safety Employee Manual," and "The HACCP Food Safety Trainer Manual."

The SURE product line, which is an exclusive series of titles from the Instruis Publishing Company, provides employees, managers and trainers with "Safe, Useful, Responsible Education." Run by CEO James Egbert, the Abington, Pennsylvania-based Instruis provides the very best food safety and responsible alcohol management training manuals and support materials.
