Paster Training Offers First Ever Alcohol HACCP Training Classes

Online, December 19, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Paster Training, Inc. is pleased to offer the first-ever public training classes for Alcohol Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), with the inaugural class set to take place on Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Classes, which will be held monthly until next December, will take place at the Food and Alcohol Training Center for Excellence at Paster Training, Inc.'s headquarters located at 25 Swinehart Road in Gilbertsville, PA 19525. HACCP is a widely recognized scientific method for analyzing and minimizing risk. Developed by Pillsbury for NASA in the 1960s, HACCP is used worldwide to keep food supplies secure. Alcohol HACCP represents the first application of HAACP principles to responsible alcohol management.

Paster Training, Inc.'s courses will be based on the breakthrough book "Alcohol HACCP - The Solution for Responsible Service and Sale of Alcohol," which was recently published by Instruis Publishing Company. The authors, Susan Algeo, George Zameska, and Tara Paster, are all affiliated with Paster Training Inc. and the course is designed for leaders, directors, owners, operators, and managers.
