The awards are based on revenue growth from 2004 to 2008. PELL Futures's revenue grew 242% from $38.9 million in 2004 to $133.0 million in 2008.
To qualify for the Inc. 5000, companies must be Hong Kong based and privately held, independent - not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies - as of December 31, 2008, and have had at least $200,000 in revenue in 2004 and $2 million in 2008.
