People Face Fears in Halloween Workshop

There is an enormous psychological benefit to Halloween...for kids it is a time when they can dress up in what scares them and by doing so face their fears. Adults can do the same thing in a worshop entitled, "How to Overcome Fears."

A new workshop entitled, "How To Overcome Fear," is being co-facilitated two women who work on the inner and outer levels of life. Intuitive Counselor Sheree Franklin and Fitness Trainer Lucy Hess will guide people in understanding how fear impacts their lives and choices.

Ms. Franklin works with individuals to help them confront fears and change limiting beliefs so they will achieve their dreams. She say, "Although no one likes feeling afraid it can be helpful to know what is holding you back. There are different ways to respond to fear both positive and negative. On some level we are all facing fear." Franklin is a graduate of both the Integrated Awareness and Avatar Programs.

Ms. Hess is a Fitness Trainer with close to 20 years experience helping people to live healthy lives with strong bodies. "So much of our body imagine is connected with our fears. We often don't want to look in the mirror because we are afraid of what we will see," states Hess. She is a Certified Fitness Trainer through the Cooper Aerobic Research Center in Dallas, TX.

The event will be held on Saturday, October 31st at the Union League Club, 65 W. Jackson, Chicago, IL. The event will be held in two sessions: 10 a.m. to noon and/or 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. The cost is $50. Registration is due by October 23rd. To register go to url:http://www.shereefranklin.com or call 312-203-1267. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel or small mat.
