"We all love our dogs, many of us just fail to realize the importance of regular dog exercise." Says Liza Shulyayeva, the founder and owner of 1 Fit Mutt. "As a lifelong dog lover, my goal is to help dogs achieve optimum fitness and happiness levels through regular exercise sessions. This lack of an essential outlet for dogs' energies manifests itself not only in obesity problems, but also in behavioural issues problems such as excessive barking, destructive tendencies, hyperactivity, and even aggression."

Through 1 Fit Mutt, Liza hopes to capture the attention of dog owners and encourage them to take action to keep their dogs fit. Taking an initiative to keep our pets happy and healthy through regular exercise can also provide a benefit to our own health and fitness levels.
