Pet Age Green Spirit Award Given to Alpacks® Dog Sweaters

Online, March 7, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Alpacifica, LLC, producer of Alpacks® alpaca dog sweaters, has received a Pet Age Magazine's Green Spirit Award for 2012. Companies are recognized for the Green Spirit because of their "earth friendly" ethic through products, packaging, and philosophy. Recipients will receive their awards at the H.H. Backer Spring Trade Show in Atlantic City and will be featured in the annual Pet Age Green Spirit Issue, scheduled for April. Companies from around the world showcase their items at the H.H. Backer shows. The 2010 Spring Show attracted drew more than 4,900 registered buyers from 1,537 qualified firms. A total of 224 exhibitors displayed products in more than 406 booths. In addition, 57 companies were first-time exhibitors.
