Phenomenal Mag will embark upon lifestyle issues, topics most women are afraid to talk about, parenting, and the male perspective on what is going on within the African American community, to name a few. But what will set us apart from other editorial publications are our spotlight features on rising models, make-up artists, and fashion designers in our Phenoms section.
