Phillips Graduate Institute's faculty is composed of 30 top practicing professionals in the field of psychology and 67 adjunct professors. More than 250 students have been enrolled for the Fall 2011 semester. The Institute offers master's and doctoral level degrees for professionals dedicated to improving organizational and human relationships in business settings and in the community. Phillips' programs are designed to help students put theory into practice so that they will have the real world tools and experience needed to excel in their chosen field.

Its graduate programs in marriage and family therapy and psychology attract a diverse groups of students brought together by the conviction that families are part of the solution to the challenges faced by the individual.
