Physical Rehabilitation Network Acquires Belmar Physical Therapy and Appoints Steve Schaefer as New Regional VP of Pacific Northwest

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), acquired the long-standing outpatient rehabilitation clinic, Belmar Physical Therapy, located in Lakewood, Colorado. The reputable clinic will continue to be co-owned and managed by Jeff Lipkin, PT, DPT with his staff of four clinicians. Lipkin received his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and brings over 10 years of experience with a strong background in manual therapy.

Belmar PT marks the 10th PRN clinic in and around the Denver area. The facility boasts individualized care and focuses on manual therapy while offering adjunct services including trigger point dry needling, athletic performance programs, aquatic therapy and medical-based massage.

With this latest acquisition, PRN also announced the appointment of Steve Schaefer, PT, MBA to the position of Regional Vice President of the Pacific Northwest covering Washington and Northern California. Schaefer is a physical therapist with over 30 years of experience owning and managing rehabilitation centers and most recently owned a physical therapy staffing and management company. Prior to that he worked for a national physical therapy company as the Regional Director of Operations managing over 60 locations. Schaefer received his physical therapy degree from West Virginia University and his master's in business administration with an emphasis in healthcare from Troy University. "I am very excited about the opportunity to be part of PRN," Schaefer stated. "It is a great time to be joining such a dynamic company and I look forward to working with the operations team of the Pacific Northwest."
