This week, Pink Elephant, a world-leader and provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) education and training honored two organizations and three IT Professionals with the 2014 IT Excellence Awards at its 19th Annual International IT Service Management Conference & Exhibition, “Pink15”. The awards, which recognize individual and corporate commitment to IT excellence and ITSM best practices, were presented during the conference which was held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
