Pittsburgh Author Wins 2015 Living Now Book Award for 'Food Guilt No More'

Food Mood Girl wins 2015 Living Now Book Awards gold medal.

On September 9, 2015, The Jensen Group of Traverse City, MI awarded local author Lindsey Smith, of Hazelwood, with a 2015 Living Now Book Awards gold medal on Tuesday, for her book “Food Guilt No More.”

Smith, also known as the Food Mood Girl, released “Food Guilt No More” in May. This is the third published book for Smith as a solo author. She released “Junk Foods and Junk Moods” in 2012 and “52 Ways to Love Your Body More” in 2014.

The Jensen Group is a book marketing and packaging firm that focuses on books that promote wellness and are Earth-friendly. This is the seventh year for the Living Now Awards, of which there were 113 winners in 35 categories for 2015. Winners received a gold, silver, or bronze medal for their work.
