Danny Wilson, Pixelmetrix President & CEO, has published an OTT White Paper, entitled QoS/QoE Metrics for Over-The-Top (OTT) Television.

This paper covers delivery technologies, OTT versus IPTV, a success story and explains how OTT works, amongst other thought-provoking pointers.

"The primary driver of TV quality is signal impairments - the adoption of OTT transmission changes this forever. In our research, we have identified seven key OTT performance metrics. The implementation of robust quality metrics addressing this new game is vital to deliver the TV quality promise," he added.
