Free Introductory Youth Hockey Program - Where Every Aspiring Young Player Experiences the Excitement of Hockey

Introduce your kids to the excitement of hockey free of charge with the Kids First program at Polar Ice House of Grapevine. This special program consists of four sessions designed to provide players with no previous skating experience with basic instruction in skating and the sport of hockey.

This introductory program will allow your child to determine if hockey is a sport they love without having to make a long-term commitment. Each session will take place on the four Saturday's in October from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Polar Ice House's management and expert coaching staff will also be present to coordinate all aspects of Kids First Hockey to ensure a fun and safe learning environment.

As a special offer, Polar Ice House is providing parents the opportunity to leave a $200 deposit by credit card or check for the use of equipment. The deposit will only be cashed or charged if the equipment is not returned in good condition at the end of the final session. In addition, kids may choose to bring their own skates or use rental skates that will also be provided free of charge.

"The Kids First Hockey program is a budget-friendly way for families to allow their kids to participate in a new sport," said Kathi Singleton, general manager of Polar Ice House Grapevine.
