Polycomp is a specialist in high performance rubber compounds for critical and demanding applications in segments such as automotive, oil and gas. With currently more than 20 years of experience, they are real experts in developing and producing from client specific high quality rubber blends based on diverse polymers like FKM, FFKM, HNBR and (F)VMQ. These can be made with different characteristics. For example; there are types of compounds that are made especially for extreme low temperatures or that resist heat.

History

Polycomp was founded in 1990 by Mr. Jan van Kranenburg. Since that time the company has gone through a considerable growth and expanded business internationally.

Since 1995, the company is located at the current site and has expanded the facilities in 2000 and 2002 with extra production halls. Since 2000, Polycomp has focused on high performance compounds. In addition, a strong international expansion occurred as Polycomp currently delivers more than 70% of its sales outside the Netherlands.

From 2010 Polycomp is owned by a new management team, supported by investment firm NOBAS. Since then they are continuously working on further development of their R & D skills, and further expansion of production capabilities and capacity occured.
