Prime Medical Donates Antimicrobial Scrubs and Lab Coats to Charitable Organization

LARGO, Fla., October 9, 2019 (Newswire.com) - ​Prime Medical, the exclusive manufacturer of Clorox Healthcare™ Privacy Curtains and Clorox Pro™ Scrubs & Lab Coats, is donating more than 30,000 sets of antimicrobial scrubs and lab coats to Matthew 25: Ministries, an international humanitarian aid and disaster relief organization.   

The donated scrubs and lab coats are part of Prime Medical’s former line of health care apparel that is designed with a unique antimicrobial textile technology called BioSmart®. The fabric binds a shield of bacteria-fighting molecules with each laundering in an EPA-registered bleach that can inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria or viruses on the apparel.

Donations are processed in Cincinnati, Ohio, and then distributed to the poorest of the poor and disaster victims worldwide. Prime Medical selected Matthew 25: Ministries because of their reach, ability and demonstrated impact as a charitable organization and its 4-star ranking by Charity Navigator and GuideStar’s Platinum Seal of Transparency.
