Procopio Expands San Diego Roster With New Attorneys

San Diego, CA, June 15, 2016 (Newswire.com) - ​​Procopio recently expanded its San Diego team with three new attorneys with expertise in the areas of Corporate and Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions, Family Law, Litigation, and Native American law. The firm attributes this continued growth to the expanding demand for legal counsel in these areas.

Added to the Procopio team are Jeffrey Hua, Gabriela Rios, and Matthew K. Strauss.

Mr. Hua is an attorney with the firm’s Business & Technology group and focuses on general corporate and business law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth companies, project finance, and securities regulation.

Ms. Rios is a staff attorney with the Native American practice group and the Real Estate and Environmental team, focusing on tribal governance and real estate matters. As an active member of her tribal government, the Cahuilla Band of Indians, Gabriela provides a unique perspective to client service.

Mr. Strauss is senior counsel and focuses on family law and litigation, including marital property characterization, valuation and division, spousal and child support, attorney fees, fiduciary duty issues, child custody and visitation, paternity matters, and domestic violence issues. He also has experience handling prenuptial, postnuptial, and martial settlement agreements.
