Professional Training Program Held For RealPro Sales And Marketing Teams

InfoVision Consultants W.L.L. (ICON) announced the completion of professional training program for RealPro - Real Estate Software sales and marketing team.
The program was attended by product managers, channel executives, and sales consultants from ICON - Enterprise Solution Group promoting Real Estate Software in different regions of GCC. In a simple yet elegant closing ceremony, certificates were presented to participants.

ICON - Enterprise Solution Group (ESG) hired services of a premier training company 'RealConsult' to conduct month long training programs."Such training programs bring in fresh and experienced ICON sales and marketing professionals together to let them interact and thus providing platform for knowledge and experience sharing. It also gives us chance to discover new ideas and explore creative ways of selling our real estate property management softwares to customers and channels" explained by Mr. Mustaqeem Sheikh, General Manager ICON.

"Generally in GCC for years, employee proficiency has been measured in hard skills, which might be characterized as the skills required working with products," explained Mr. Mustaqeem.
"Soft skills- by contrast - are the skills you need to work with people. Soft skills are what it takes to effectively build rapport and trust with people, so you can communicate with them, learn to understand their needs and provide for them the necessary level of support and feedback to create a successful, productive business relationship."

The iso training program covered the so called "hard or technical" and "soft or selling" skills areas. The technical trainings covered the training about different modules in RealPro like Leasing, Lease administration, General Ledger, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Cash Management, Budget and Budget Control, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Maintenance, Contract Management, Facility Management, Management Information System, Property Management, Business Intelligence, System Security, and Property Visualization Applications. The trainees were also given general orientation about Oracle, Microsoft, JD Edward, Seibel, Salesforce.com and SAP technologies. However, special emphasis was given to educating sales team on Oracle application softwares and Oracle databases. Training on enterprise security solutions like Symantec was also provided.
The Soft Skill training provided by RealConsult sales trainers team comprised training about Basic Selling, Selling Process, Prospecting Techniques, Pre-Call Planning Skills, Greetings, Warm-ups, and Presenting Skills, Sales Script Writing Skills, Sales Objection Handling Skills, Closing Skills, Account penetration skills, Time management Skills, Customer Service Skills , and Sales Route Management Skills.
All the iso training programs were customized for professionals selling ERP and CRM solutions to Real Estate Industry. Mr. Mobin Sheikh, Principal Consultant and Lead Tutor for RealConsult, at closing ceremony thanked the participants and highlighted importance of Learning in growing companies like ICON, "Your Earning is directly proportional to your Learning and we expect trainees to take self-initiatives to learn and enhance their skills to better serve their customers".
