Prolin's New Smart Suite Functionality Set to Boost Performance

PROLIN, pioneer and specialists in ITIL-based IT Service Management (ITSM), releases Smart Suite 2016, a modern ITSM-as-a-Service solution.

PROLIN is releasing Smart Suite 2016, a modern ITSM-as-a-Service solution which now provides new easy-to-use functionality, a performance upgrade and added support for its customer base.

Smart Suite assisted many companies with a seamless transfer from HP Service Desk and now the new release is available and at no additional cost to clients. Jerome H. Smart Suite has been a significant success as it was engineered specifically for HP Service Desk environments, proving a fast, economical and low-risk transition for customers facing end-of-life migration from the HPSD platform. With Smart Suite 10, customers benefited as it is a fully integrated, customizable state-of-the-art IT Service Management solution that also accommodates the demands of cloud computing, bring your own device environments and leveraging social networks.

The new release has added and improved core functions such as reporting, global search features, admin module functionality and server management. Performance improvements have been secured through an upgrade to .NET 4.6.1 and the inclusion of new transport alternatives for ITP to help maximize client to server performance.

PROLIN’s roll-out plan will include Software release planning sessions designed to introduce customers to Smart Suite’s new features and provide initial guidance and training. Additional support will also be available, such as customized training to accelerate the learning curve for users.
