Prom Dresses proving to be THE gift for Christmas 2009

LONDON, England, December 18 - Online prom dress retailer Prom Royalty has experienced buoyant December sales as a result of a growing trend for teenage girls to put a prom dress at the top of their xmas list.

"As most UK proms are in June, it was quite a surprise to receive orders for Prom Dresses in December" explains Victoria Ward, Managing Director of Prom Royalty.

However the reason for the advanced purchases soon be came clear. "We began to receive pre-sales enquiries from parents who are anxious to ensure that their daughter's dress will arrive before Christmas".

2009 is the first Christmas season for Prom Royalty, a UK based retailer of prom dresses, which launched last January.
