ProofHub Adds Advanced To Do Templates And Private Topics In Its Features

Online, May 5, 2012 (Newswire.com) - This time ProofHub team comes up with three new updates for their clients. They recently launched two new features and update their dashboard. For long time they are working on multiple things simultaneously for their clients. So they have three updates for you!!!

1). To-do Templates: ProofHub create a new to-do template which let you create a to do list once and you can add that to-do list to any project you would like. This feature saves a lot of your time. You can access this feature from "Settings" tab. To use to-do template, go to the Settings tab then select Manage Templates. Here you can add a new template and after adding a new template you can then able to add task to that templates. When you are creating a to-do list you can use that existing To-do template by "Use Template" button.

2). Private Topics: This feature allows you to create a topic that you want to share with selected people only. While creating a private topic you can assign a topic to the selected people and other people who are not selected but they are the part of project can not see that topic. To create a private topic, firstly go to the "Projects, Topics & Proofing section and then click New topic button, select people for this topic and select "Mark as private". So, only subscribed people can see and access private topic. And you can also make a existing topic as a private one by clicking the manage topic button and select "Mark as private".

3). Superfast Dashboard: ProofHub's team also upgrades ProofHub's dashboard. Now, you can use improved and superfast dashboard. Major change in dashboard is its speed. Now it loads your data in fraction of seconds. No matter whether you have 10 projects of 100 projects data, it will take just few seconds to load.
