Online, January 12, 2011 (Newswire.com) - In its latest announcement, ProofHub makes file sharing and collaboration easier with the ability to import Google Docs into your ProofHub account. Now you can upload and store any type of file to ProofHub right from your Google Account. For uploading Google Docs into your ProofHub account you need to go to the Projects, Topics and Proofing tab. After that select a Project in which you want to import Google Docs, click on Add Comment/Proof button. Select "Attach Google Docs" option, grant access to your Gmail account from which you want to import doc files. You can also filter your Google Docs files. Suppose you have lot of Google docs of Designing, Development, and Management etc. then type 'Design' or 'Management' to filter your files.
ProofHub has added a new button "Add Contacts from Google" under contacts field. In this feature you can import your Google contacts into your ProofHub account by just clicking the "Add Contacts from Google" button; this will open a pop up window where you can select the contacts you wish to add. To import a Google contact you need to select an existing group or company in which you want to add that contact or if you want to add new company or group then you need to first add a company/group in the contacts panel and then import the contacts from Google. You can also filter your Google contacts by their username or domain. For ex: if your company's domain name is abc.com then type abc or abc.com to filter your staff members.
