Propel Announces Industry Veteran Hires in Commercialization, Operations and MedTech as Company Continues Expansion in Key Markets

Product success platform provider fills key leadership roles to meet demand from larger enterprises in high tech, medical device and consumer goods industries.

Propel, the only product success platform built on the cloud, today announced the addition of Carmine Napolitano as Chief Finance Officer, Mary De Frenchi as Vice President of Customer Success and Chuck Serrin as Vice President of MedTech and Life Sciences Industry Marketing. Earlier this year, the company announced the additions of Dario Ambrosini as Chief Marketing Officer, Bill Aston as Executive Vice President of Sales, Kevin Crothers as Vice President of Solution Consulting, Suresh Haridas as Vice President of High Tech Industry Marketing and Kishore Subramanian as Vice President Engineering.

Napolitano joins from Electric Cloud, where he led the company's acquisition by CloudBees as CEO, and Centric Software, where he was CFO. He brings diverse knowledge of enterprise digital transformation solutions and product lifecycle management. Napolitano has also held senior roles as CFO, COO and CEO for public and private companies that disrupted large markets, such as Paradata, Blekko (acquired by IBM Watson) and Computer Access Technology Corp (acquired by LeCroy Corp).

De Frenchi joins Propel from BoardVantage, where she was the Global Head of Customer Success and Sales. During her time at BoardVantage, the company grew from $0 to $50M in revenue with over 2,000 customers and a 97 percent retention rate. De Frenchi's previous experience includes senior positions in sales, marketing and customer success at Veeva, Interwoven and Genesys.

Serrin joins Propel from Stryker Corporation, where he was the Solution Architect and Program Manager responsible for implementing and supporting global PLM, quality management systems and digital projects. He brings deep domain expertise on the development, compliance and commercialization of medical device products, along with providing high-quality support in launching new products. Serrin's previous experience includes senior positions in enterprise software solutions with companies such as Agile Software, Oracle and PTC.
