Prospect Solutions Highlights Travel and Team Building

For instance, my colleagues and I sent some of our team members to Washington D.C. over Memorial Day weekend.”

Mike explained that Jennifer, Gabby, and Maxwell were eligible for the trip because they were doing the best in the office – having earned recent promotions to event management. Two Prospect Solutions interns – Carly and Samantha – were invited along as well.

“These individuals were advancing the fastest, and providing exceptional service to the brands we serve, as well as targeted consumers, during our latest campaigns,” stated Mike. “I thought they’d be perfect to head to D.C. to train for a new brand we’ve added to our portfolio.”

The firm’s Director added that he is pleased to expand its portfolio. His company was chosen to test new products, learning how to position each to ensure brand expectations are met. The team is happy and grateful to take on such partnerships.

According to Mike, the team members enjoy spending time with each other during team nights. Most recently, they gathered to watch the NBA finals. The events enable them to avoid work-related conversation and have plenty of fun.

By the end of the program, my colleagues and I will determine which of the interns has made the biggest impact for the brands we promote. The winner will be rewarded with an entire semester’s worth of school books.”
